The occupation’s crimes and plans will not erase the rights of the Palestinian people, and the right of return of Palestinian refugees remains an inalienable right that is not subject to compromise.

- On the 109th anniversary of the ill-fated Balfour Declaration, our people will remain steadfast on their land, holding firmly to their rights, land, and holy sites, and continuing to defend them until liberation and return. The occupation’s crimes and colonial plans will not succeed in erasing our national identity or diminishing the established historical rights of our people.

- This anniversary comes as the occupation escalates its aggression and crimes in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and occupied Jerusalem. Our people in Gaza continue to endure a genuine tragedy and an ongoing genocidal war, while Palestinians in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem face dangerous displacement and Judaization plans that violate international laws and conventions, amid international silence and failure to put an end to escalating Zionist terrorism.

- Today marks 109 years since the greatest wrong committed against a people in modern history, perpetrated by the British government through the so-called Balfour Declaration, a promise made by those who did not own the land to those who had no right to it. The same colonial mentality continues to govern this usurping entity and its fascist government through policies of killing, siege, starvation, and displacement against our people in Gaza and across the cities, villages, and refugee camps of the occupied West Bank.

- The Balfour Declaration, the political wrongs that followed against our people, their rights, and their historical land, and the occupation’s crimes of killing, displacement, ethnic cleansing, and expulsion since that declaration will not succeed in erasing or suppressing our just cause and legitimate rights. These crimes are not subject to any statute of limitations, regardless of how much time passes, and will remain evidence of the terrorism of this brutal occupation and its supporters.

- Achieving national unity through a unified strategy of struggle involving all Palestinians is the only way to confront the Zionist occupation’s plans and crimes against our land, our people, and our Islamic and Christian holy sites.

- The right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes, from which they were forcibly displaced, is an established religious and legal right that cannot be abandoned, surrendered, or compromised.

- We call upon our Arab and Islamic nations and all free people around the world to take serious action on all fronts to end the occupation’s escalating terrorism, work toward its international isolation and rejection, and support our people’s steadfastness and legitimate struggle until the liberation of their land, their return to it, and the establishment of a fully sovereign Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

- We call for serious and effective international action to pressure the occupation government to stop its crimes and terrorism, hold its leaders accountable as war criminals before international courts, and make every responsible effort to enable our people to secure their legitimate rights, foremost among them the liberation of their land and their return to it.

- We ask Allah to have mercy on the generations of our righteous martyrs who sacrificed their lives throughout the Palestinian people’s resistance struggle. We ask Allah Almighty to grant a speedy recovery to the wounded and sick, and freedom soon for our Asra (captives).

We salute our great Palestinian people wherever they may be and call upon them to strengthen their unity and solidarity and continue their steadfastness and resistance until they secure their rights, liberate their land, and return to it.
