Reuters Law:

Four leading U.S. human rights groups -Human Rights Watch, ⁠the Open Society Institute, the American Friends Service Committee and the Center for Constitutional Rights- sued the Trump administration over its campaign aimed at dismantling the International Criminal Court, calling the effort unconstitutional.

They said ​in their lawsuit filed in New York that those sanctions prevent them from working with the court ​to seek justice for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity around the world.

Throughout the month of July, the Hind Rajab Foundation launched a new wave of legal actions:

📌 Italy: A criminal complaint was filed against Israeli soldier Arik Ben Asulin over his involvement in the destruction of civilian infrastructure in Gaza.

📌 Portugal: While Israeli soldier Etamar Ivry was vacationing in Lisbon, HRF filed a criminal complaint over his role in the destruction of civilian infrastructure in Gaza.

📌 Belgium: After identifying an Israeli soldier at Tomorrowland, HRF filed an urgent criminal complaint over war crimes in Gaza.

📌 The Netherlands: HRF filed complaints against Israeli soldiers Almog Harari and Leon Khlebnikov, and Knesset members Ram Ben Barak and Moshe Solomon.

The National:

In June, a report from the French government agency Viginum – the French service for protection against foreign digital interference – said it had detected interference in elections in Scotland, France, and New York City from an Israeli firm called BlackCore.

The UK Government has refused to publish any information it holds on a shadowy Israeli firm caught meddling in the Scottish parliament elections, citing a Freedom of Information (FOI) exemption that allows documents to be withheld if they would “prejudice relations between the United Kingdom and any other state”.
