👉 The majority of the injured Palestinians from northern Gaza are being treated at the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza, which is the main hospital that services the north of the strip.
👉 The Indonesian hospital is now running on generators and fuel is critically low, as 'Israel' has just struck the vicinity of the hospital.
👉 The situation in Al-Shifa hospital is critical. Dead bodies are in all corners of the hospital and 'Israel' has just performed a massacre at the gates.
👉 Doctors at Al-Shifa are having to perform surgeries and amputations on the floor and using no anaesthetic.

It is FUD specifically designed to work on midwits that think they can look smart by analyzing and dissecting the minutiae of pictures on the internet. Sadly, an effective way of manipulating Dunning Kreugers on the internet.
In this case, one such amateur photo analysis expert becomes confused. He set about claiming that footage of an IDF attack on an ambulance was fake, only to have the Jews admit they did in fact attack an ambulance, but it was ok because it was a terror ambulance. Our amateur analyst was left flat footed.
