Over 20 years ago, an Israeli bulldozer crushed Rachel Corrie to death.

Rachel Corrie was a 23-year-old American woman who spent her time advocating for the rights of Palestinians.

On March 16th 2003, Rachel stood in front of a Palestinian home in Rafah, with the objective of preventing an Israeli bulldozer from destroying it.

She was wearing a bright orange vest, and was yelling through a megaphone trying to persuade the driver to stop.

The bulldozer ran her over.

Israel claimed her death was an accident.

Her family never received justice.

Rachel’s last words were, “I think my back is broken.”

◾ A Palestinian man displaced from northern Gaza said in an interview with Al Jazeera that the soldier stationed outside his home in a tank spoke to them in English as they fled their home:

- we were under siege for two days. The house has many tanks in front of it, not one or ten it was a huge number... The soldier that we saw had an American flag on his combat uniform... I looked at our neighbours houses, only another family in our street had survived...We left the area and could hear wounded people screaming in pain.

📽 "No climate justice on occupied land!"

Climate activist Greta Thunberg is interrupted by a man on stage who grabs the mic from her hand saying "I have come here for a climate demonstration, not a political view" after Greta chanted in solidarity with Palestine during a climate protest. The man was later ushered off the stage.

The Swedish activist has faced strong backlash for a social media post in support of Palestinians in Gaza.

This is why it's ok to kill all those innocent people and children. Gaza is rich in recently discovered natural gas and oil. Is this why western leaders give Israel free reign to kill and displace Palestinians and take administrative control of Gaza? All in times when Europe coincidentally suffers from gas starvation.
