The genocide in Gaza has persisted throughout 2023 and continues into 2025.

On New Year's Eve, while the world celebrated, Palestinians were being killed under occupation.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that 15 Palestinians were martyred during occupation raids on the al-Bureij camp and the towns of Jabalia in the northern and central Gaza Strip.

Israel has allocated an additional $150 million to its 2025 propaganda budget, according to the Knesset, in a bid to reshape international perceptions regarding its actions in Gaza.

This 20-fold budget increase is intended to strengthen Tel Aviv's narrative, framing its war on the besieged enclave as justified while characterizing the Palestinian Resistance as โ€œanti-Semiticโ€ and equating it with โ€œNaziโ€ terrorism targeting Jews. The initiative also seeks to promote Islamophobia in European countries, presenting the Palestinian struggle as comparable to ISIS.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saโ€™ar, commenting on the increase, stated that โ€œIsraeli propaganda efforts and the war of consciousness have lacked critical, life-saving resources and tools for decades.โ€

In a tweet by its chief, the World Health Organization (WHO) has once again emphasized the urgent need for medical evacuations from Gaza, warning that critically ill patients are in dire need of life-saving treatment. Despite repeated calls for action, the pace of evacuations remains alarmingly slow.

Since October 2023, only 5,383 patients have been evacuated with the support of WHO. Just 436 patients have been evacuated since the Rafah crossing was closed, drastically reducing the number of individuals able to receive necessary care.

The situation remains critical, with over 12,000 people, including thousands of children, still waiting for evacuation. At the current pace, it could take between five to ten years to evacuate all those in need.

WHO has urged immediate and significant action to address this growing humanitarian crisis.

Displaced Palestinian children in Gaza are enduring freezing winter conditions without adequate clothing or shelter, amid the ongoing Israeli aggression and blockade on the strip.

In the past week alone, at least six infants have tragically died from the cold.

WAFA news agency reports that one-month-old Ali al-Batran passed away on Monday at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza. Medical sources attribute his death to the plummeting temperatures.

Israeli media reported that four Israeli soldiers are currently being investigated in South Africa, Sri Lanka, Brazil, and France for alleged war crimes committed during the ongoing war on Gaza. These investigations, which have drawn international attention, mark the beginning of what Israeli media warn may be a prolonged legal process.

In Brazil, a court has ordered a police investigation into an Israeli soldier accused of war crimes in Gaza, following a complaint filed by the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF), a human rights organization committed to ending Israeli impunity.

The HRFโ€™s efforts have fueled international scrutiny of Israeli military actions in Gaza, particularly regarding the online sharing of battlefield images, which has raised concerns about potential prosecution abroad.

Stealing water: Israel's covert war on Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan

Taking advantage of the chaos following Damascus's fall, Israel's seizure of Syria's Al-Mantara Dam showcases the long-standing Zionist strategy to secure regional water dominance, exacerbating tensions across an already parched West Asia.

The blood of the martyrs fuels victory:
- The zionist entity failed to occupy Gaza.
- The zionist entity failed to return the captives through military pressure, and were only able to do so on the terms of the resistance.
- The zionist entity failed to subdue Hamas, nor its mechanisms for ensuring control and security. Hamas' forces remained active throughout Al-Aqsa Flood, and immediately expanded their work.
- The zionist entity failed to displace the Gazan people to the Sinai.
- The zionist entity failed to impose control on the border crossings.
- The zionist entity is deeply fragmented, politically and societally.
- The Generals' Plan was foiled, the governance of Gaza remains Palestinian (not "israeli" or run by Arab countries), and despite their best efforts, the zionists failed to turn the popular cradle against the resistance, as evidenced by the wide and visible support for the resistance today.

On the other hand:
- The resistance secured the release of 5,000 prisoners, including all women, all children, and all Gaza detainees.
- The resistance achieved a complete withdrawal of the IOF.
- The resistance achieved a permanent ceasefire, noted explicitly in the agreement.
- The resistance guaranteed that the crossings will be open for movement of goods and people.
- The resistance guaranteed a rebuilding and reconstruction plan for the Gaza Strip.
- The resistance caused damages of over $60 billion to the zionist entity, the global isolation of the zionist entity, the destruction of hundreds of military vehicles, the killing of 2,000 soldiers and settlers, and the wounding of thousands.

Despite the loss, it is an "absolute victory" for the Palestinian people, its popular cradle, and its fighters.
