At least 195 Palestinians were killed in the two Israeli airstrikes on Gaza’s Jabalia refugee camp on Tuesday and Wednesday, a government media office said.
About 120 are still missing under the rubble, and at least 777 more are wounded, a statement said.
The UN human rights office said Tuesday's attack could amount to war crimes.
