In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme triumph".

Our brothers, the fighters in the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, we have received your letter and your message has reached us. By Allah, you are, as you have said, good brothers in jihad and resistance on the path to Al-Quds.
We send you our response from the heart of Palestine, from amidst the rubble and ruins, from the dust of the battles and combat against this defeated enemy, as the souls of our families, our children, our women, and our elderly martyrs hover around us.

Today, we are more determined, more steadfast, and stronger in faith and certainty that victory is our ally. At this moment, our fighters are confronting the tanks and armored vehicles of this enemy, a confrontation that has whitened the heads of the enemy's officers and soldiers [out of frustration] and frozen the blood in their veins as they flee from our martyrdom-seeking fighters.
We experienced this enemy in the so-called Gaza envelope and have seen it face to face. And now, it trembles when it sees us approaching and turns to flee.

O our dear fighting brothers:
We watch and see your actions and jihad, and the blood of your martyrs that has united with our blood. We observe the enemy's fear, cowardice, and dread from your combat. You have always been, and still are, the masters of battle.

In the conclusion of our response, we, together with you in this battle against this enemy, are destined for victory, for undoubtedly, this is the beginning of the end for this oppressing zionist entity.
We pray to Allah that we soon pray in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, declaring His greatness, rejoicing in the victory of Allah, and that is not difficult for Allah.

And indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
