Hunter Biden has sued Fox News over a miniseries it published and then took down from its subscriber streaming service Fox Nation.
In a lawsuit filed Monday in the Supreme Court of New York, Bidenโs attorneys allege Fox targeted the presidentโs son โin an effort to harass, annoy, alarm, and humiliate him, and tarnish his reputation.โ
โFar from reporting on a newsworthy event, Fox sought to commercialize Mr. Bidenโs personality through a form of treatment distinct from the dissemination of news or information,โ the lawsuit reads. โWhile using certain true information, the series intentionally manipulates the facts, distorts the truth, narrates happenings out of context, and invents dialogue intended to entertain.โ

BREAKING๐จ: WEF FOUNDER KLAUS SCHWAB ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
...But under Schwabโs decadeslong oversight, the Forum has allowed to fester an atmosphere hostile to women and Black people in its own workplace, according to internal complaints, email exchanges and interviews with dozens of current and former Forum employees and other people familiar with the Forumโs practices.
At least six female staffers were pushed out or otherwise saw their careers suffer when they were pregnant or returning from maternity leave. Another half dozen described sexual harassment they experienced at the hands of senior managers, some of whom remain at the Forum. Two said they were sexually harassed years ago by VIPs at Forum gatherings, including at Davos, where female staff were expected to be at the delegatesโ beck and call.
In two more recent incidents, employees registered internal complaints after white Forum managers used the N-word around Black employees. Black employees also raised formal complaints to Forum leaders about being passed over for promotions or left out of Davos.
The Forum declined to make Schwab available for an interview. Forum spokesman Yann Zopf said in a statement that this article would โmischaracterize our organization, culture and colleagues, including our founder.โ

๐คฃAOC to Supreme Court: 'You're Impeached, You're Impeached, EVERYBODY'S Impeached!'
In a bold and ambitious move, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has announced her plans to file articles of impeachment against the Supreme Court after their recent ruling. The announcement comes as no surprise to those familiar with AOC's penchant for political theater and her commitment to making waves in the political sphere. The internet has erupted with responses ranging from support to outright ridicule, with some users even jokingly suggesting that AOC might impeach the entire Supreme Court. As the world watches with bated breath, one can't help but wonder if this is a strategic political maneuver or a publicity stunt.

BREAKING๐จ: A Palm Beach County judge has released the grand jury records in the 2008 Jeffrey Epstein criminal case.
The records contain nearly 200 pages, including the testimony of at least one girl who was molested by Epstein, a New York financier who abused hundreds of underage girls at his Palm Beach mansion for decades. Epstein managed to evade serious charges, in part because the Palm Beach prosecutor at the time, Barry Krischer, elected to charge him with minor prostitution charges rather than bringing a felony sexual assault case.
The records have remained under seal for 16 years. Earlier this year, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an order to release the files by July 1.
Epsteinโs case came under new scrutiny in 2018 โ 10 years later โ following a series of articles by the Miami Herald that outlined the secret negotiations that led to a light jail sentence for Epstein. Epstein would serve just 13 months in the Palm Beach County jail, where he was given liberal privileges to work in his outside office and at his mansion.

Republican on powerful House committee says GOP has the votes to hold Garland in inherent contempt
South Carolina GOP Rep. Ralph Norman, who sits on the powerful House Rules Committee, said on Monday that he believes his party has enough votes to charge Attorney General Merrick Garland with inherent contempt of Congress.
Florida GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna introduced inherent contempt articles against Garland last week, after the Justice Department announced it would not take action against the attorney general.
The contempt charges stem from Garland's refusal to comply with a Congressional subpoena to hand over audio recordings of President Joe Biden's interview with special counsel Robert Hur.

Alvin Bragg to submit sentencing recommendation to judge in Trump hush money case
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is expected to make his sentencing recommendation in former President Donald Trumpโs hush money case.
The sentencing recommendation, expected to be submitted to Judge Juan Merchan on Monday, may remain under wraps until Trumpโs sentencing on July 11, the New York Times reported. The former president was found guilty on all 34 felony counts, which could land him a maximum of four years in prison.
Bragg is likely to argue that Trumpโs behavior during the trial should warrant time in prison. He repeatedly broke his gag order to denounce the perceived political nature of the trial, attacking jurors, prosecutors, and witnesses on 10 separate occasions.
