I like using murder rates from medieval Europe to get at how insanely violent places American cities are.
Baltimore has a similar homicide rate to... Italy, during the time of the Guelphs and Ghibellines, when Italy was a bunch of intermittently warring states.

What if the U.S. and China are slowly settling into an AI bipolar order instead of all-out rupture?
Both sides are racing hard on models, chips and compute while tightening the screws on each otherβs technology.
Export controls, domestic chip pushes and bans on things like Chinese humanoid robots show the walls going up.
Yet neither can fully shut the other out without hurting itself, and both already treat advanced AI as a core national-security asset that must stay under tight control.
The result looks less like total decoupling and more like 2 parallel systems that compete fiercely while accepting the other will remain a permanent pole.
That shared understanding may be the real consensus forming underneath the noise.

A farmer trusted AI for farming advice after it had helped him for about a year. Then it helped wipe out 25 acres of his crops.
The 67-year-old farmer in China used an AI chatbot to get advice about weeds and pests, he followed the advice to mix several chemicals and spray them across his sesame field.
By the next morning, about 25 acres of his sesame crop had been destroyed.

The Intelligence-to-Action Chain trains you to convert raw observations into reliable assessments, sound judgment, deliberate decisions, and measurable outcomes. Its benefit is stronger operational decision-making by reducing bias, exposing information gaps, and creating a feedback loop that improves future actions.
