This helicopter has been flying crisscross patterns and hovering over Long Island Sound near Fairfield’s shore today. We believe that, along with a couple of associated watercraft, it may be part of the continuing recovery effort for the fisherman who drowned off Penfield Reef this past Saturday morning.
