Randolph Lewis, 33, was arrested at a #Michigan hotel during a multi-state human trafficking investigation.
The Texas resident is allegedly linked to at least 10 victims across multiple states.
After his arrest, Lewis reportedly injured himself in an attempt to blame officers and delay legal proceedings (he was hospitalized with a brain injury).
