✴️present or past participle as adjectives:

eg. "Your idea surprises me. It is a surprisong idea." She said with a surprised tone of voice.

eg. "He was a boring student" means that he caused others to be bored.

eg. "He was a bored student" means that others caused him to be bored.


صفتی که از ترکیب فعل و ing درست شده (یعنی present participle) برای توصیف تاثیری به کار می رود که یک شخص یا یک موضوع روی شما می گذارد.
مثلا:
Boring کسل کننده
Exciting هیجان انگیز
Revolting حال بهم زن
Exhausting خسته کننده
Interesting جالب

اما...

صفتی که از ترکیب فعل و ed- درست شده ( یعنی past participle) برای توصیف احساسی بیان می شود که شما از شخصی یا موضوعی گرفته اید.

Bored کسل
Excited هیجان زده
Revolted متنفر
Exhaused خسته
Interested علاقمند
