I am currently looking to hire a postdoc to work on DEM #modeling of #dynamic problems and #impact events. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills (C++/#Python) and existing experience with open source software and #GUI development. Full details may be found at this link. I note also that the announcement states a 12-month appointment, which is technically true, but the project is funded for two years. So, assuming satisfactory performance, extension of the appointment to a second year is likely.
