شرایط عمومی
الف) اعتقاد به ادیان رسمی کشور.
ب) اعتقاد و التزام به ولایت فقیه و نظام جمهوری اسلامی و قانون اساسی.
پ) عالم اشتهار به فساد اخلاقی و تجاهر به فسق.
ت) عدم وابستگی تشکیلاتی به سازمانها و گروه¬های غیر قانونی اعلام شده از سوی مقامات صالحه.
ث) عدم اعتیاد به مواد دخانی، مخدر و روان گردان و سابقه محکومیت کیفری موثر.
ج) عدم سابقه غیبت سربازی.
شرایط تخصصی
الف) دانشجوی کارشناسی/ کارشناسی ارشد / فارغ التحصیلان کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری کامپیوتر (زمینه تحصیلی و علاقه مندی – هوش مصنوعی، نرم افزار) که از مدت تحصیل دانشجویان حداقل یک سال باقیمانده یا در فرجه تحصیلی یکسالی تا ارسال دفترچه خدمت باشند.
ب) دارا بودن حداقل معدل 13 (برای کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد) و حداقل 14 (برای دکتری)
پ) دارای پشتکار و علاقه مند در مباحث علمی و تحقیقاتی.
