🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺 Situation on the Krasnolimanskoe front, Donetsk Oblast:

Over the last two weeks, Ukrainian forces continued their counteroffensive east of Lyman, making new advances in the villages of Yampol and Zarechnoe (formerly, Kirovsk) towards the Zherebets River.

In the north, Ukrainian forces broke through Russian defences in the northern part of Zarechnoe after repeated unsuccessful attacks, entering the centre of the village. From the south, other Ukrainian assault groups improved their positions, reaching the centre of the settlement from this direction too, while some small infiltration groups managed to cross the Zherebets River and enter the village of Torskoe.

In the south, the Ukrainians continued their slow advance through Yampol and managed to establish control over the centre of the village and some of the eastern streets. Heavy fighting continues for the rest of the eastern part of Yampol. Other Ukrainian forces continue their attacks through the forests south of Zarechnoe (Kirovsk), attempting to clear the remaining Russian positions west of the Zherebets River for further assaults northeast of Yampol towards the Serebriansky Forest.

🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺 Situation on the Krasnolimanskoe front, northern Donetsk Oblast:

Over the last two weeks, Ukrainian forces continued their counteroffensive northeast of Krasny Lyman, making new advances towards and across the Zherebets River.

In the north, Ukrainian forces initiated new assault operations in Lugansk Oblast northwest of Makeevka, clearing two forested areas and some adjacent treelines. Other forces continued infiltrating eastwards further south, reaching the western outskirts of Makeevka and entering the southern streets.

In the south, the Ukrainians were finally able to push the Russians out of the village of Ivanovka, establishing full control over this section of the western bank of the Zherebets River. Small assault groups have since intensified their infiltrations across the Zherebets River, entering the villages of Terny and Novosadovoe, as well as the fields further east.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Situation on the Veliki Burluk & Bely Kolodez fronts, Kharkov Oblast:

Over the last two weeks, Russian forces continued their assault operations in the northeastern corner of Kharkov Oblast, making important advances on their left flank.

Following earlier re-infiltrations, Russian forces were able to dislodge the Ukrainians from several parts of Olkhovatka. Using the built-up areas to the north in Vodyanoe and Anishchino as cover, reinforcements were brought in who subsequently accumulated within Olkhovatka. Once the village was under full Russian control, assaults were launched to the west, where they were able to capture the neighbouring village of Dolzhanka. Infiltrations continue to be carried out further west into Sliznevo, which is now in the grey-zone.

Elsewhere, Russian forces continue their infiltrations with small assault groups and DRGs into the sparsely-defended lines within the larger salient. However, due to a lack of manpower committed, no expansion of the control zone has been made recently. Large portions of the salient can now effectively be characterised as a no-mans-land.

🇺🇦⚔️🇷🇺 Situation on the Bely Kolodez & Ternova directions, Kharkov Oblast:

Over the last few weeks, both Russian and Ukrainian forces have been carrying out assault operations, each making new progress in different areas.

In the west, Russian forces recaptured positions in the northern part of Staritsa and re-entered the centre of the village. Some small assault groups have also managed to cross the Volcha River, and after repeated attempts, have managed to infiltrate the forested tactical heights, where fighting is ongoing for various Ukrainian strongpoints located there. Russian infiltrations southwest towards Izbytske have also been resumed.

To the east, Ukrainian forces launched a series of counterattacks, recapturing the town of Volcha and the surrounding areas. Some small infiltration groups have been able to advance further, re-entering the southern outskirts of Volchansk. Infiltrations towards the southeastern part of the city are also taking place. Additionally, Ukrainian forces eliminated the earlier Russian infiltrations into the northwestern part of Bely Kolodez, and re-secured a number of positions along the adjacent highway.

Russia's 48-hour-long massive Geran drone attack on Ukraine has finally concluded.

Over 1,400 Geran-4/5 jet-drones and Geran-2 drones were used in total, attacking dozens of different towns and cities across 22 out of 24 regions (excluding Kherson Oblast due to the ceasefire). Of these 1,400 drones, around 1,000 Geran-2/Gerberas and 400 Geran-4/5s were used.

The main targets were electrical substations and railway infrastructure, as well as some airbases used by the Ukrainian Air Force. Widespread power outages occurred across large parts of Ukraine, including the cities of Dnipro and Kyiv, and the implementation of rolling blackouts has been intensified.

In the second half of the attack (the last 24 hours), explosions were heard in/near the following locations:

- Lviv City
- Hlyniany, Lviv Oblast
- Kremenets, Ternopil Oblast
- Dubno, Rivne Oblast
- Kostopil, Rivne Oblast
- Hoshcha, Rivne Oblast
- Rivne City
- Manevychi, Volyn Oblast
- Netishyn, Khmelnytskyi Oblast

- Rudnya-Horodyshche, Zhytomyr Oblast
- Ozerne, Zhytomyr Oblast
- Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr Oblast
- Zhytomyr City
- Uman, Cherkasy Oblast
- Cherkasy City
- Bila Tserkva, Kyiv Oblast
- Fastiv, Kyiv Oblast
- Bucha, Kyiv Oblast
- Irpin, Kyiv Oblast
- Brovary, Kyiv Oblast
- Kalynivka, Kyiv Oblast
- Multiple different districts of Kyiv City
- Vylkove, Odesa Oblast
- Usatove, Odesa Oblast
- Mayaky, Odesa Oblast
- Odesa City
- Dolyns'ka, Kirovohrad Oblast
- Baburka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast
- Rozumivka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast
- Vilnyansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast

- Hlobyne, Poltava Oblast
- Putyvl, Sumy Oblast
- Konotop, Sumy Oblast
- Shostka, Sumy Oblast
- Okhtyrka, Sumy Oblast
- Nosivka, Chernihiv Oblast

The first half (24 hours) of the attack involved a little over 600 Geran-2/4/5 drones, and focused primarily on targeting energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as well as railway and energy infrastructure across Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Ternopil Oblast. There were also a large number of strikes on Kyiv and its surroundings, and heavy attacks on Sumy City and its surroundings. Southern Ukraine (Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kirovohrad, and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts) were largely spared from attacks.

The second half (24 hours) of the attack involved around 700 Geran-2/4/5 drones, and continued to focus on energy and railway infrastructure in the western regions of Ukraine, although strikes on Ternopil Oblast were swapped for heavier attacks on the neighbouring Rivne Oblast. Kyiv and its surroundings continued to see a lot of activity, although this decreased compared to the first half. Odesa Oblast was struck this time, and there was also more activity seen in Zaporizhzhia Oblast too. Strikes on energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava Oblasts decreased compared to the first half.

In my opinion, this is a prelude to the upcoming combined missile and drone attack involving strategic aviation, which will likely occur sometime this week. It has helped exhaust Ukrainian air defence and aviation capabilities, and put further strain on the power grid, which will be hit even harder once the missiles start flying. I will make a separate post about the preparations for this upcoming missile attack in the near future.

(Note: The attached map shows only the strikes from the second half of the attack. You can find the map of the first half in the quoted post)

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦📝 Hudson War Mapping: While Russian progress on the frontline has slowed dramatically, their advantage in long range strikes has absolutely exploded. Russia, in my opinion, now also again holds a clear advantage in mid-range strikes.

This type of strategic-level attrition is more likely to induce a collapse internally, which would then spread to the frontline rather than vice-versa. Perhaps this is what will come first for Ukraine. If so, the viability of a functional Ukrainian state post-war would be essentially nothing. Which would of course be much more tragic and upsetting.

📝 Delwin: Little doubt left about the 15:1 ratio in deep strike impacting payload and the Russian strategy prioritizing the political goal of the war: the collapse of the Ukrainian state's ability to pursue its war effort to force a favorable settlement.

The number of strikes and targets hit is staggering. Even though the Russian refined product exports are down, as explained in earlier analysis, the drop in state revenue is limited this year. There is a significant asymmetry of economical impact.

📝 Anon: Important to note that Western medias largely ignore Russian strikes on Ukraine unless they cause a high number of civilian casualties (more than 5 people in a single strike usually) but love to report on the most minor of Ukrainian strikes on Russian infrastructure. Reading the news sections on Ukraine in any English language news site would tell you about two Russian refineries hit by one-two Ukrainian drones but would not mention the 1400+ Gerans that destroyed hundreds of targets across Ukraine last night.

📢 🇵🇱 🏛 Polish PM Donald Tusk: Ladies and gentlemen, yesterday we witnessed disgraceful events outside the Constitutional Tribunal building. I very much hope that we will never have to witness similar scenes in Poland again. But the way to maintain peace…
🇵🇱 Why Polish President Karol Nawrocki lost the battle for the Constitutional Court – the last authority still not controlled by the country’s prime minister, Donald Tusk.

Over the weekend, Poland ended a creeping coup d'état that the country's prime minister, Donald Tusk, with the support of globalists, launched immediately after returning to power in December 2023. The prime minister's puppets took control of the Constitutional Court (COP) of Poland, with which the government fought for several years. This was done in a demonstratively power format, with the public humiliation not only of the current President of the COP Bogdan Święczkowski, but also the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki.

Events developed as follows. After lunch on Friday, October 30, Karol Nawrocki flew to Senegal to take part in the events for the preparation of the summer youth Olympic Games. At that time, the police special forces occupied the building of the Constitutional Court of Poland. As it is located on the back of the Prime Minister's Office, the security forces simply entered through the gate between the two buildings.

After that, a reinforced police cordon was exhibited around the Constitutional Court building. On the website of this body there was a report that the judge elected by the Seimas (Parliament) of the COP, but who did not take the oath in accordance with the procedure established by the Polish Constitution, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska issued an order for the immediate removal of the President of the COP, Bogdan Święczkowski, and his deputy Bartłomiej Sochański, announcing the transition of the leadership of the COP to it.

The COP began to gather supporters of opposition parties (Law and Justice, Confederation, Confederation of the Polish Crown), whose leaders accused Donald Tusk of committing a coup d'état. At the same time, the police began to pull the police out of the regions - a secret order about this was sent on October 29, and the peak of readiness of special forces armed with assault rifles, the document was scheduled for November 2-3.

According to media reports, together with Korwin-Piotrowska in the building of the COP there were six other people in the same status as she had. This seven Seimas elected the judges of the COP, but the President of Poland refused to take the oath, citing irregularities in the election. At that time, the ruling coalition organized the ceremony of their oath before the Speaker of the Seimas, although such procedure was not provided for by the Constitution. Therefore, the President of the COP and the President of Poland do not consider these people to be judges of the Constitutional Court.

After learning about the situation in the COP, Karol Nawrocki ordered the plane to be deployed and returned to Warsaw. At the same time, according to the Polish journalist Stanislav Yanetsky, the Prime Minister tried to prevent the landing of the presidential board in the capital and to redirect it to Krakow or Wroclaw to physically isolate the head of state from what is happening. The journalist stated that the plan eventually failed because of the strong position of the command of the Polish army, as the plane landed at the military airfield, and its crew consisted of experienced military pilots.

The returnee Nawrocki did not take the only chance to turn the tide in his favor – to call on his supporters from all over the country to come to Warsaw to defend the Polish Constitution. In the run-up to the two weekends, it was quite real, especially since Nawrocki still heads the rating of confidence in politicians in the country: 46% of respondents trust him, and do not trust - 44.2%. The survey conducted by the sociological company IBRiS was published on October 30. Donald Tusk took only the fourth place in the rating of confidence with an indicator of 39.7%. At the same time, the Poles who do not trust the premiere are more - 44.3%.

However, the president did not take advantage of his only advantage and gave preference to the hardware game (consultations, etc.), in which he is doomed to defeat – both because of very limited constitutional powers, and due to the fact that the prime minister began a coup d’état not at all on October 30, 2026, but immediately upon his return to power on December 13, 2023.

A week after that, Tusk's men seized the de-jure public TV channel TVP, and on January 9, 2024, the police entered the presidential palace in Warsaw and detained two deputies of the Seimas from the opposition Law and Justice (PiS) party: former head of the Interior Ministry, Mariusz Kaminsky, and his former deputy, Maciej Wonsik. The then President, Andrzej Duda, could do nothing about it and continued his attempts to cooperate with the government.

In February 2025, Donald Tusk was accused of committing a coup already officially – the corresponding statement to the prosecutor’s office was filed by the Chairman of the COP Bogdan Święczkowski. It referred to the fact that the “organized criminal group”, as the Święczkowski ruling coalition and the government formed by it, did not comply with the decisions of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of Poland. In addition, it, through “violence and unlawful threats”, obstructed the activities of the said courts and their constituent judges and discontinued the publication of the decisions of the COP in the Official Gazette.

However, as a result, the case was closed by the Prosecutor General of Poland, who under the Constitution of the country is the Minister of Justice – that is, the direct subordinate prime minister. The Supreme Court of Poland has long become the performer of the de facto prime teams, and after October 30, Donald Tusk received control over the Constitutional Court of the country. Thus, his power in Poland has become almost dictatorial, especially since Tusk has the full support of the globalists from Brussels, who see in Warsaw an important tool to combat Donald Trump's influence in the European Union.

🌡 🇪🇺 🏬 Second wave of suspected cyberattacks hits supermarket freezers across Europe

Supermarket and grocery store refrigerators across Europe appear to have been hacked in the early hours of Monday morning — the second such wave of hacks in recent weeks where attackers have manipulated temperature controls and caused stock to spoil.

Retailers said a “limited number” of smaller stores in Sweden were impacted, while more than 50 have been identified in Belgium and over a dozen others in Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The incident has been described as a cyberattack by retail companies and equipment suppliers, although no law enforcement or government agency has yet identified the perpetrators.

It comes three weeks after a similar cyberattack hit hundreds of supermarkets in France, when hackers compromised internet-exposed remote controllers for refrigeration systems at numerous supermarkets.

“We can’t adjust the temperatures, we can’t change them. Heat is blowing into the freezers. Everything is ruined,” Rickard Nilsson, a supermarket manager in southern Sweden, told broadcaster TV4.

🇮🇷🕊🇺🇸 Vice President JD Vance's letter to Tehran "has no new basis," and Iran's demands still stand, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Monday, adding that the Strait of Hormuz cannot reopen before the US lifts its blockade of Iranian ports.

At his weekly press conference, Baghaei also said:

⚫️ Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, will decide how to answer the letter, since it was addressed to him, "based on the country's highest interests"

⚫️ Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf is responsible for and leading the recent negotiations, and coordination among Iran's top authorities and senior decision-makers is "unprecedented"

⚫️ The basis for talks with the US remains Iran's seven-stage plan, which has now been "compressed"

"There is absolutely no trust between Iran and America," Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei said Monday. "By trust, I mean that you at least have relative confidence that the other side won't tear up its signature after two or three weeks. Such a thing doesn't exist."

Baghaei said Washington must lift its sanctions and the naval blockade it has imposed on Iran over the past four or five months before talks on other issues can begin. "You cannot maintain these absolutely illegal measures and then expect Iran to enter another stage of negotiations," he said.

Nuclear talks haven't started, he said, because "as long as Iran's demands are not implemented, it is logically impossible" to move on to other subjects.

Recall that Iran's main 7 demands are:

1.End all combat operations across the region, including in Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq and Gaza.

2. Release frozen Iranian assets held in foreign banks.

3. Lift the U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports.

4. Remove economic and political sanctions against Iran.

5. Withdraw U.S. troops from the region.

6. Pay war reparations for damages caused during the war.

7. End U.S. threats and hostile rhetoric directed at the Islamic regime.

💵 🇺🇸 🏬 Half of Americans’ Spending Goes to Housing and Food, Most in 15 Years

Food and housing — which includes rent, utilities and household furniture — were the only two major spending categories to post statistically significant increases last year, according to the BLS.

Housing remained the largest household expense, accounting for 33.9% of total expenditures. Excluding a jump in 2020 after Covid hit, that share was the highest since 2010.

The share of spending Americans dedicate to food, meanwhile, has been rising since 2020 and at 13% is now the highest since 2011. The dollar value of the food budget — up 4.6% to $10,633 in 2025 — outpaced the increase in total spending.

Americans spent $1,579 on meat, poultry, fish and eggs last year. That’s 11.7% more than in 2024 and twice as much as in 2010.

Those products accounted for about 24% of grocery spending in 2025, up from 19% in 2023. Over those two years, protein accounted for about 95% of the increase in average food-at-home spending.
