In the Motion to Dismiss, granted by the Court in the Brooke Jackson whistleblower case against Pfizer, the company argued it was not making a pharmaceutical but rather a "military prototype" in the C19 shots and therefore had no obligation to conduct standard control trials for safety and efficacy.

Your "government" filed a brief a) in support of Pfizer; and b) confirming that safe and effective trial data was never required.
