የፌደራል መጀመሪያ ፍርድ ቤት በአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ላይ የሚነሱ ችግሮችን ለመፍታት ምቹ ቦታ መፍጠር እንደሚገባው በማመን እና እራሱን ከምድብ ችሎት በመለየት ለብቻው የዋና መስሪያ ቤት ሕንጻ ሊገነባ መሆኑን አስታውቋል።

የፍርድ ቤቱ ፕሬዝዳት አቶ ፉአድ ኪያር ለአሐዱ እንደገለጹት፤ ከ3ቱም ፍርድ ቤቶች መካካል ከፍተኛ የጉዳዮች ፍሰት የሚያስተናግደው የፌደራል መጀመሪያ ፍርድ ቤት ሲሆን፤ በዚህም ምቹ ቦታ ባለመኖሩ ምክንያት የችሎት አዳራሽ እጥረት አለ።

ይህንን ችግር ለመፍታ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ለብቻው ሕንጻ መገንባት እንዳለበት በጥናትና ውይይት መረጋገጡን የገለጹም ሲሆን፤ በዚህም ለሕዝብ ተወከዮች፣ ለበጀት ፕላንና ልማት ኮሚቴ ዕቅድ ቀርቦ ፍቃድ ማግኘቱን ተናግረዋል።

በዚህም መሠረት ከኢትዮጵያ ኢንጂነሪግ ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር ሕንጻው እንዲገነባ ባሳለፍነው ሳምንት የውል ስምምነት መደረጉን አስታውቀዋል።

የዋና መስሪያ ቤቱ ሕንጻ በልደታ ፍርድ ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገነባ መሆኑን የገለጹት ፕሬዝዳንቱ፤ "የኢትዮጵያ ኢንጂነሪግ ኮርፖሬሽን ከ2 ወራት በሗላ የሕንጻ ዲዛይኑን ጨርሶ የሚያስረክ ይሆናል" ብለዋል።

ለግንባታው የሚውል በጀትን በተመለከተ በየዓመቱ እየታየ የሚፈቀድ ሲሆን፤ እስከ አሁን ለዲዛይን ማሰሪያ 30 በመቶ የሚሆን በጀት ወጪ መደረጉን ገልጸዋል፡፡

የሕንጻ ግንባታው በቀጣይ 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ 2020 ዓ.ም የሚጠናቀቅ ሲሆን፤ በታቀደው ልክ እንዲሔድ የክትትል እና የመናበብ ሥራዎች እንደሚሰሩ የፍርድ ቤቱ ፕሬዝዳት አቶ ፉአድ ለአሐዱ ተናግረዋል፡፡

የፌደራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት የሚያስተዳድረው 13 ምድብ ችሎት ሲሆን፤ በዚህም ከ1 ሺሕ 600 በላይ ሠራተኞችን፣ 186 በላይ ዳኞች እና የጉባዔ ተሾሚዎች የሚያስተዳድር መሆኑን አንስተዋል፡፡

በአጠቃላይ ዋና መስሪያ ቤቱ ከምድብ ችሎት ጋር አንድ ላይ መሆኑ የችሎት መጥበብና የተገልጋይ ነጻነት ላይ ተጽእኖ እያሳደረ በመሆኑ፤ የአስተዳደር ፍሰቱ ምቹ እንዲሆን የሚገነባው ሕንጻ ትልቅ ችግር ፈቺ እንደሚሆንም ፕሬዝዳንቱ ገልጸዋል፡፡

💫ይህ በቀን ወደ 115,000 የሚጠጉ መንገደኞችን አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችል ጣቢያ በ45 ደቂቃ ውስጥ ዋና ከተማዋን ዳካርን ከብሌዝ ዲያግ አለም አቀፍ አየር ማረፊያ (AIBD) ጋር የሚያገናኘው እጅግ ዘመናዊ የባቡር የትራንስፖርት ስርዓት ከ በ14 ጣቢያዎች እንዳሉትም ተነግሯል።

በምዕራብ አፍሪካ ፈጣን ኢኮኖሚ ለዉጥ እያስመዘገበች የምትገኘው ሴኔጋል በዲሴምበር 2021 የጀመረው ይህ ፕሮጀክት በ 10 ደቂቃዎች ብቻ ባቡሩ የዳካርን ዋና ጣቢያ በሰዓቱ ለቆ ወደ ምስራቅ በማቅናት በአትላንቲክ ውቅያኖስ ዳርቻ ላይ በመዝለቅ በአንድ ወቅት ወሳኝ የወደብ ከተማ የሆነችውን ወደ ሩፊስክ  ማገናኘት እንደሚችል የተነገረ ሲሆን ለ 40 ሽህ ሴኔጋላዉያን የስራ እድልን እንደፈጠረና ሀገሪቱን ከጫፍ እስከጫፍ ማገናኘት መቻሉ ነዉ የተገለጸው።

🚧አንድ የኮንስትራክሽን ካምፓኒ በመደበው በጀት እና በተያዘለት ጊዜ ሥራውን ለማጠናቀቅ የሚችለው በሥሩ የቀጠራቸው ሙያተኞች ሥራውን ሳይለቁ ተረጋግተው መሥራት የሚችሉበትን መርኃ ግብር ተግባራዊ ሲያደርግ ነው፡፡

⭐️ሙያተኞችን በሥራ ዕቅዶች ውስጥ ማካተት፦

⏺አንድ የፕሮጅክት ማናጀር በያዘው ፕሮግራም መሰረት ሥራውን ለመሥራት ሲነሳ በእያንዳንዱ የሥራ ሂደት ውስጥ ሙያተኞችን በመሰብሰብ እንዲሁም በማወያየት ሃሳባቸውን እንዲገልጹ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል፡፡

⏺አንድ ሠራተኛ ወይም ሙያተኛ ሥራኸን ብቻ ሥራ ተብሎ በቀጥታ ከሚተላለፍለት ትዕዛዝ ይልቅ በዕቅዱ ላይ ተሳታፊ እንዲሆን በተደረገ ቁጥር የኃላፊነት ስሜት ስለሚሰማው ተረጋግቶ ሥራውን ይሠራል፡፡
