የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ በስምንት ክፍለ ከተሞች ለቅይጥ አገልግሎት የተሰናዱ 134 ፕሎቶች የቀረቡበት 8ኛ ዙር የመሬት ሊዝ ጨረታ ከጥር 27 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ ለ3 ተከታታይ ቀናት ተጫራቾች ፣ህጋዊ ወኪሎች፣ የቢሮው ከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊዎች እና ሚዲያዎች በተገኙበት ግልጽና ነፃ በሆነ መንገድ ተካሂዶ ጊዚያዊ ውጤት መገለጹ ይታወቃል።

ይህን ተከትሎም በጨረታ መመሪያና ደንብ መሰረት የጨረታ ኮሚቴው ተጨማሪ የመረጃ ማጥራት በማድረግ 122 የመጨረሻ አሸናፊዎችን መለየት መቻሉ ተመላክቷል፡፡

የነኝህን የመጨረሻ አሸናፊዎች ስም ዝርዝር ቅዳሜ የካቲት 7/2018 ዓ.ም ታትሞ በሚወጣው አዲስ ልሳን ጋዜጣ ይፋ እንደሚሆንም የጨረታ ኮሚቴው ገልጿል፡፡

የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ከፊታችን ሰኞ የካቲት 9 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለተከታታይ አስር የስራ ቀናት ለም ሆቴል አካባቢ በሚገኘው የመሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ ዋና መ/ቤት በአካል ቀርበው ውል እንዲዋዋሉ ቢሮው ጥሪ ያቀረበ ሲሆን አሸናፊዎች በተገለጹት የስራ ቀናት ቀርበው ውል የማይፈፅሙ ከሆነ በሊዝ ህጉ በተደነገገው መሰረት እድሉ 2ኛ ለወጡ ተጫራቾች ተላልፎ የሚሰጥ መሆኑን ቢሮው ለማሳሳብ ይወዳል።

⏺Maintain proper records for audits, claims, and project close-out
⏺Ensure compliance with company procedures and local construction practices

🎲Qualifications & Experience

⏺Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
⏺Minimum 5–8 years experience in construction and interior fit-out projects
⏺Strong experience with BOQs, cost control, and contract administration
Experience in interior design projects is a strong advantage
