🌟1ኛ.ጥራታቸውን ያልጠበቁ የግንባታ ግብዓቶችን መጠቀም
*⃣ከአመራረት፣ ከአያያዝ ችግር ወይም የአገልግሎት ጊዜያቸው በማለፉ ምክንያት ጥራታቸው የጎደለ የግንባታ ግብዓቶችን መጠቀም በግንባታ ስራው ላይ የተለያዩ ከቀላል እስከ አደገኛ ችግር የሚያመጣ ይሆናል።
🌟2ኛ.ቸልተኝነት ወይም ደካማ የስራ ቁጥጥር
*⃣ሁሉም ነገር በተሟላበት ሁኔታ የተቆጣጣሪ ባለሞያዎች ለስራ ቁጥጥሩ ካላቸው ደካማ አቀራረብ የተነሳ በታችኛው የሰው ሃይል የተሰሩ ስህተቶችን በጊዜው ማረም ሳይቻል ቀርቶ በሂደት ችግሮቹ ስር ሰደው እስከ የከፋ አደጋ ሊያደርሱ የሚችሉ ይሆናል።
🌟3ኛ. ከባለሞያዎች የብቃት/ልምድ ማነስ ምክንያት ችግሮች ይከሰታሉ።
*⃣በተወሰነ መጠን ስልጠና ካላቸው ጀምሮ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ ስልጠና ያላቸው ባለሞያዎች ስራን የመረዳት አቅማቸው ደካማ ከመሆኑ ወይም ከሚሰሩት ስራ ጋር ተዛማጅ የሆነ በቂ የሆነ የስራ ልምድ የሌላቸው ሲሆንና ስራን በነሲብ/በግምት በመስራት ምክንያት ስህተቶች ሊከሰቱ ይችላሉ።
🌟4ኛ. ከዲዛይን ስህተት
*⃣ስህተት ያለበትን ዲዛይን አስቀድሞ በሚገባ ሳይታይና ጥያቄ ሳይቀርብበትና ማስተካከያ ሳይደረጋበት /Without Clarification and design Modification/ወደ ስራ ትግበራ መግባት ስራው ከጠናቀቀ በኋላ የእርምት ርምጃ መውሰድ ባብዛኛው አዳጋች ስለሚሆን በሂደት አደገኛ ችግር ያመጣል።
🌟5ኛ. ለስራ ምቹ ባልሆነ የአየር ጠባይ መስራት
*⃣አንድአንድ የግንባታ ስራዎችን ለማከናወን የተመቸ የአየር ጸባይን መጠበቅ ግድ የሚሆንበት አስተዳጅ ምክንያቶች አሉ።
▶️ለምሳሌ ዝናብ እየዘነበ የኮንክሪት ሙሊት ስራን ማከናወን በተለይ እንደ የወለል ስላብ ፣ደረጃና ራምፕ ያሉ horizontal structural members /በቀጣይ ክፍሎች የምንመለከታቸው/የተለያዩ የኮንክሪት ችግሮችን ያመጣሉ።
🌟6ኛ. ማጭበርበር
*⃣ላልተገባ ጥቅም ሲባል በባለሞያዎች፣በተቋራጮች፣ወይም በተቆጣጣሪ ባለሞያዎች አሻጥር ጥራታቸው የጎደለ የግንባታ ግብዓቶችን በመጠቀም፣ ወይም ከተቀመጠ የስራ ጥራት ደረጃ ልክ/Standard/ በታች ስራው እንዲሰራ ማድረግ በቀጣይ ችግሮች እንዲከሰት የሚያደርግ ይሆናል።
▶️ለምሳሌ: ከደረጃ በታች የሆነ የሙሊት አፈርን ያልተገባ ጥቅም ለማግኘት ሲባል ስራ ላይ እንዲውል መፍቀድ ቀጣይ የህንጻው አጠቃላይ ደህንነት ላይ የሚያመጣውን ችግር መገመት አይከብድም።
🌟7ኛ. ከተፈቀደው በላይ የሚመጣ ጫና
*⃣ህንጻው ሊቋቋም ከሚችለው ጫና መጠን/Design loads/ በላይ ህንጻው ላይ የሚመጡ ተፈጥሮአዊ ወይም ሰው ሰራሽ ጫናዎች የህንጻው ደህንነት ላይ እስከ ከፋ ችግሮችን ሊያመጡ ይችላሉ።
