➜ ትዳር ያለው ከሆነ ከወሳኝ ኩነት የትዳር ማረጋገጫ ምስክር ወረቀት፡፡ ትዳር የሌለው ከሆነ ይህንን የሚያረጋግጥ መረጃ ያስፈልጋል፡፡
➜ ህጋዊ የሽያጭ ውል ከፍትህ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
➜ በውክልና የሚሻሻጡ ከሆነ ውክልናው ህጋዊ መሆኑን ውክልና ከሰጠው የፍትህ ተቋም ማረጋገጥ ይቻላል፡፡
➜ በተጨማሪም በአካል ወደ ሚሸጠው ቤት ሂዶ ቤቱን በአካል ማየትና ማረጋገጥ ተገቢ ነው፡፡
➜ ከመሬት አጠቃቀም ጋር በተያያዘ ማለትም ይዞታው ወደ ፊት ለመኖሪያ ወይስ ወደ ንግድ መቀየር ይቻላል የሚለውን ሀሳብና ከግንባታ ከፍታ ጋር የተያያዙ ጉዳዮችን በዘርፉ ያሉ ባለሙያዎችን ማማከርና ማረጋገጥ ይቻላል፡፡

Key Responsibilities

Identify and determine the appropriate materials required for woodwork production.
Prepare material specifications and requirements based on drawings, designs, and production needs.
Calculate material quantities required for production and support material planning.
Inspect and verify the quality of timber, plywood, MDF, particle board, veneer, laminates, adhesives, hardware, and other woodwork materials.
Check materials received from suppliers against approved specifications, quantities, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in a woodwork, furniture, manufacturing, interior finishing, or construction environment is highly preferred.
Good knowledge of wood and wood-based materials, including timber, plywood, MDF, particle board, veneer, laminates, and related products.
Knowledge of material estimation, material take-off, inventory control, and material utilization.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications is preferred.
