#DesmondTutu was an inspiration and his call was clear: the fight against injustice is not to be fought by the oppressed alone. It requires solidarity to end it.
For those fighting for freedom- from Venezuela to Hong Kong and Cuba to Iran- there have been some luminaries who speak to our common struggle and our common aspiration like Dr. King and Gandhi. Archbishop Tutu was one of those luminaries.

اسقف اعظم دزموند توتو همچون مارتین لوترکینگ و گاندی، ازجمله شخصیتهای الهامبخش برای مبارزان آزادی از ونزوئلا تا هنگکنگ، و از کوبا تا ایران بود.
او معتقد بود که مبارزه علیه ظلم و بیعدالتی، تنها وظیفه آنهایی نیست که مورد ستم قرار دارند. بلکه ستمدیدگان برای پایان دادن به ظلم نیاز به همبستگی دیگران دارند.
