🇺🇸⚡️ — Former top Pentagon strategist admits to leaking classified information about Ukraine and Iran to journalists, Axios reports.

Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia, who previously headed the strategic planning department of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, was fired this week.

According to the publication, Sylvia confessed his guilt after failing four polygraph tests. The leaks began as early as June 2025. To transmit classified information to journalists, he used the secure messaging app Signal, and met with one of the journalists in person.
