According to HRANA, at least twelve prisoners are facing execution on national security charges. These prisoners are held in Evin, Qezal Hesar, Sheiban prison in Ahvaz, Dieselabad prison in Kermanshah, and Zahedan prison. These prisoners include Mujahid Korkuri, Mansour Dehmardeh, Reza Rasaei, Hajir Faramarzi, Farshid Hassan Zehi, Khosrow Besharat, Farhad Salimi, Kamran Sheikheh, Mohsen Mazloum, Vafa Azarbar, Pejman Fatehi and Anvar Khazri.These prisoners were sentenced to death by the revolutionary and criminal courts. Eight of these individuals were sentenced by Judge Mohammad Moqiseh and Iman Afshari in Branch 26 and Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. The charges that led to the death penalty for these prisoners are waging war against God, cooperation with foreign countries, sowing corruption on earth, and membership in opposition parties.
