Saeed Farrokhipour, father of Amir Mehdi Farrokhipour, a teenager who was killed during the 2023 nationwide protests in Iran, was arrested by the security forces on Monday, April 1, 2024, and taken to an unknown location. According to HRANA, he was arrested on Monday at his son's resting place at Tehran’s Behesht-e Zahra, and taken away. As of this moment there is no information on the possible charges against him or his whereabouts.
