* Lebanese army deployment, but possibly supervised by the U.S. and U.K., at least in the beginning.

* Russian pressure on al-Assad to prevent Syrian arms smuggling.

* A side agreement with the U.S., allowing Israel "operational freedom" in response to any Lebanese violations or Hezbollah rearmament and attacks.

* Jared Kushner, the architect behind the Abraham Accords, has also been involved in the discussions, and may have role to play in the implementation in the Trump Administration.

This bond has been forged over millennia through shared faith and history. Yet, the UN is attempting to rewrite this history, condemning Israel and labeling it as an occupying power in Jerusalem.

They prevent Israeli scientists from excavating, even though past findings have been valuable to Christians, Muslims, and Jews alike. The UN has remained silent when Israel’s cultural heritage is attacked, including the desecration and burning of holy sites. Each year brings new atrocities from the UN. Their cruelty, anti-Semitism, and attempts to erase history cannot be tolerated any longer. Today, I am introducing a resolution to reaffirm the Jewish people’s connection to Jerusalem and to condemn UNESCO’s attempts to punish and delegitimize Israel.
