CRISIS: These states have NO voter ID: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania (strict voter ID law struck down by state court), and Vermont.
