#ICHBR– Soheila Hejab, the #HumanRights lawyer, who was arrested by IRGC agents on Thursday, July 6 2019, was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
The shockingly severe sentence was given to the lawyer by the Branch 28 of Tehran Islamic Revolutionary Court, chaired by the infamous Judge Moghiseh.

دسترسی به تلگرام در ایران
طبق آخرین قوانین تصویب شده در ایران و اخبار منتشر شده در رسانه ها، حاکمیت ایران تصمیم به آزاد سازی دسترسی به تلگرام از طریق ارائه کلاینت های غیر رسمی با نام "پوسته" دارد.
این قضیه در حالی مطرح شده است که پیش تر نسخه ای غیر رسمی به نام "تلگرام طلایی" باعث نشت اطلاعات 42 میلیون کاربر ایرانی شد.
این نشت اطلاعات همچنین کاربرانی که از کلاینت رسمی و ایمن تلگرام نیز استفاده می‌کردند را به خطر انداخت و کلاهبرداران توانستند با استفاده از این اطلاعات لو رفته و حملات فیشینگ، کاربران را فریب دهند.
همچنین این نکته حائز اهمیت می‌باشد که در صورت ارائه این خدمات قطعاً با محدودیت های قوانین حاکمیتی در ایران همراه است و آزادی اطلاعات در این کلاینت ها فیلتر و نقض خواهد شد.
تیم @tginfoper به کاربران توصیه میکند که تا حد امکان استفاده از تلگرام‌های غیررسمی را محدود کرده و از کلاینت‌های رسمی و کلاینت‌هایی که تلگرام آنها را امن معرفی کرده است استفاده کنند.
همچنین تیم ما امیدوار است که تلگرام ارائه خدمات API به کلاینت های غیر رسمی پر خطر را برای حفظ حریم خصوصی کاربران و جلوگیر از چنین نشت اطلاعاتی وسیعی محدود کند.
