Saudi Arabia’s oil exports are projected to decline to between 1.2 million and 2.2 million barrels per day (bpd) once its remaining coastal storage capacity is exhausted.

This reduction signifies a substantial 65% to 80% decrease from the nation’s peak export capacity.

All oil analysts anticipate that Brent Crude Oil will soon reach the $120 per barrel mark.

Chinese-supplied equipment, including four reactor bodies, reactor internals, furnace coils and steam-generator components, is being installed as part of Baniyas Refinery’s overhaul. The project will raise capacity from around 80,000 to 130,000 barrels per…
The Chinese companies that supplied and are supplying Baniyas Refinery are LS LANZHUO and TOPCIN, industrial engineering and refinery-equipment companies providing the components for its overhaul.

Baniyas is a processing and refining facility, not an extraction site:

it takes crude oil supplied from Syria’s eastern fields and processes it into finished products such as diesel, gasoline and other fuels. Syria’s crude is relatively heavy and sulfur-rich, making it more difficult to refine, while the new equipment should make processing it more efficient. The refinery’s reactors had not been replaced since the early 1980s.

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi:

We are planning to distribute a portion of our oil exports through Turkey and another portion through Syria, which will allow us to increase the volume of oil flowing towards the Mediterranean Sea.

In the initial phase, we plan to transport one million barrels per day towards Syria, with the intention of implementing a second phase later.
