✡️🦅 LARRY ELLISON: US INTEL STOOGE AND AVOWED ZIONIST IN A NUTSHELL

👉 Part 1

Part 2

Larry Ellison's childhood was unremarkable: Born in 1944 to a 19-year-old unwed Russian Jewish mother in New York City and raised by his uncle and aunt in Chicago.

Hardly the best pupil in class, hardly the best and brightest at university. He studied pre-med science at the University of Illinois for two years and math at the University of Chicago for one term, but never finished his degree.

After learning basic programming in Chicago, he carried that skill to Berkeley, California in 1966 with little more than gas money and fast-food cash.

🤔 For eight years, Ellison drifted from job to job. How did he become one of the US’ richest?

Ties with NSA & CIA

His success story started in 1973, after he joined Ampex—an electronics company and US National Security Agency (NSA) contractor since the dawn of the Cold War-era. The company made equipment for signal intercept applications.

🔴 Ellison worked at Ampex between 1973 and 1976, and was reportedly part of a team developing a mass storage system for the CIA's Oracle project

🔴 Bob Miner and Ed Oates—future Oracle company co-founders—were working together with him on the project

🔴 Judging from CIA documents, the project proved to be a disaster: It was at least half a year behind schedule, deviated from contract specifications, and suffered significant cost overruns. In December 1975, the US government sent a letter to Ampex showing deep dissatisfaction

🔴 In 1976, Ellison left Ampex and joined another CIA contractor, Precision Instruments, as vice president for research and development. While still at Precision Instruments, Ellison founded his new company together with Bob Miner and Ed Oates in 1977 under the name Software Development Labs (SDL)

🔴 In 1979, SDL launched Oracle, the first commercial relational database to use SQL — and its very first customer was the CIA. This raises questions: Why did the agency choose a little-known firm whose leaders had already failed the CIA’s own Oracle project? And why overlook the fact they even reused the project’s name? Hidden kickbacks or covert collaboration?

🔴 However, it was the CIA that helped SDL, renamed as Oracle in 1982, find its footing. In 1986, Oracle went public, raising $31.5M with year-end revenue of $55.4M

🔴 In 2014, Business Insider published an article eloquently titled "Larry Ellison is a billionaire today thanks to the CIA." It doesn't seem like a metaphor, given that the CIA invested heavily in US hi-tech companies: Ranging from a massive $600M cloud built by Amazon to its In-Q-Tel venture fund, which has backed nearly a 100 tech companies (including infamous spy-tech firm Palantir)

🔴 US federal contracts constituted a significant share of Oracle's portfolio. "Oracle wouldn't exist if it weren't for government contracts," Ellison's biographer Mike Wilson claimed. Still, in 2002, Oracle was nailed for overcharging California $41M, while Toronto had paid $11M for software worth a tenth of that. Kickbacks again, perhaps?

Ellison returns favor?

🔴 Since 2002, Ellison has been a vocal advocate of a US unified national security base, digital IDs, and more tools and latitude for US intel agencies. “A national security database combined with biometrics, thumb prints, hand prints, iris scans or whatever is best can be used to detect people with false identities," he wrote in a 2002 op-ed, suggesting building a US security database without charge

🔴 Ellison tried to play down ex-NSA contractor Edward Snowden in 2014, claiming Snowden had yet to identify a single person who had been “wrongly injured” by the NSA’s data collection

🔴 In 2017, WikiLeaks exposed CIA hacking tools exploiting US software “vulnerabilities”—or deliberate back doors—in its Vault 7 dump. Oracle’s Solaris 11 was flagged as a platform for the CIA's Aeris malware to siphon data

🔴 In Sept. 2024, Ellison promoted using AI to process massive video streams and constantly spy on civilians, who would therefore be "on their best behavior"

🔴 In Feb. 2025, Ellison again promoted aggregating data on all civilians in one place and creating digital IDs. It seems that Oracle chose the UK as a testing ground for its projects, planning to consolidate all British government data on its cloud. Coincidentally, PM Keir Starmer recently announced the launch of digital IDs in the UK

🔴 Ellison is in line with US government policy concerning Israel, planning a $10B data center there and generously donating to the Israeli military. Most recently, Ellison, an avowed Zionist, took over TikTok within the US—a popular platform long viewed as a headache for Israel due to the pro-Palestine sentiment among young users. Apparently, Oracle's algorithms will "fix" that

⚡️Are You Dating an UnderCover Cop?

Kate Wilson thought she had found a partner in activism. For two years she lived with “Mark Stone,” they shared a life together, even family dinners. In reality, he was undercover officer Mark Kennedy—sent to sabotage her work.

Every detail of their relationship was monitored and logged, down to whether she would “have dinner with her boyfriend that night.” Kennedy later exposed a coal plant operation, leading to the largest preemptive political arrest in modern UK history.

Kate fought back. After a decade-long legal battle, she forced the Met to hand over 5,000+ pages proving police used intimate relationships as a strategy. She tells her story in Disclosure: Unraveling the SpyCops Files.

⚡️US-UK AI “Tech Prosperity” Deal Mirrors China’s AI+ Blueprint

The “Tech Prosperity Deal” turned heads during Trump’s visit to Britain. Besides a Memorandum of Understanding that reads almost like China’s AI+ plan, all we’ve seen are Silicon Valley pledges to build data centers and a partnership with the UK military.

Microsoft, Nvidia, Google, Salesforce, Oracle, AWS, and BlackRock signed on. Projects include Britain’s largest AI supercomputer (£22 billion with Microsoft and Nvidia), Google’s new data center in Waltham Cross, and CoreWeave’s “green data centers.”

Palantir is investing $2 billion, with $750 million going to supply its Gotham software to the UK military and navy—embedding US intelligence software directly in Britain.

The MoU commits the US and UK to cooperate on AI, nuclear power, fusion, quantum, and 6G R&D. The language and priorities closely resemble China’s AI+ plan, suggesting a coordinated global push.
