🇮🇷According to Iranian media SNN, the attacks on Kuwait and the UAE were carried out by Iranian ballistic missiles. If so, it is clear that the ceasefire has not been implemented, and there are ambiguities regarding the timing of its enforcement. Most probably Iran retaliated for the Israeli attack on Iranian oil and gas installations in the South Pars area of the Persian Gulf.

Looks like the C-130 planes got too close together, so they could not take off again by themselves. They also blocked the runway in the middle. Hence the US Air Force called in a C295W that can land and take off on a short runway.
This makes sense if you look at this video analysis.
For takeoff:
C295W ~2200 ft
C-130J ~3100 ft
Interesting is the minimum landing:
C295W ~1050 ft
C-130J ~3000 ft
(Empty, on paved runway and at sea level)
