Diesel is at record highs, and the machine is starting to throw sparks as various gears grind to a halt. The energy crisis is indeed becoming a food crisis, as the WEF & UN promised (and as Iโ€™ve been covering).

As folks start to cry out, and the political willpower is manufactured, those policy recommendations from the spring will be pulled off the shelf.

And humanity will be forever redefined.

Not with some grandiose announcement or branded campaign, but by a much quieter, more insidious change in the way we relate to the world. We will no longer be free to consume energy, food, or water. We will instead henceforth request permission from the technocrats.

The natural order is being inverted. The technocrats are attempting to insert themselves as the sovereigns: between us and the living world. Between us and God. A family can no longer thrive off the abundance of nature; we are now restricted to what their system will afford us. That is the point of the Digital IDs rapidly rolling out and of tokenization: you do not own the land, the house, or the well. You hold a claim in their system โ€ฆ until their ledger says otherwise.

Meanwhile, the AI fear campaign sets the stage for a similar takeover of the next layer: compute. AI will be called too dangerous for ordinary hands. Groups (including the WEF) are already calling for use of computation itself to be registered, capped, and tied to an identity โ€” I describe this here. You will not only request permission to eat, drink, and drive, but even to think at machine scale.

Yes, diesel prices are painfully high. Thatโ€™s causing folks to look around. The stakes, though, are much higher.

The window to notice this is closing. Game on, humanity! https://unshadowed.substack.com/p/diesel-is-the-pretext

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ท US lifts sanctions on Eritrea as Washington turns its attention to the Red Sea

The Trump administration has lifted sanctions imposed on the Eritrean Defense Forces, the countryโ€™s ruling party and several other Eritrean entities and officials during the Biden administration.

The sanctions were imposed in connection with #Eritreaโ€™s involvement in the Tigray war in neighboring #Ethiopia.

But the timing is particularly interesting.

Eritrea sits on the Red Sea, across from Saudi Arabia and Yemen, with the strategically located ports of #Massawa and #Assab.

With the war in #Yemen escalating and #RedSea shipping increasingly under threat, Washington appears interested in improving relations with a country occupying one of the most strategically important stretches of coastline in the region.

"Europe needs the Strait of Hormuz more than we do. Get in a boat. This is their fight, not ours."

Oh, Europeโ€ฆ you really thought the wars would always stay over here in our land ripping our lives to pieces, didn't you?

For decades, Washington's wars, interventions, regime change campaigns and proxy conflicts have helped destabilize the very regions Europeans later complain are sending refugees toward their borders.

First Washington brought about the Ukraine regime change and war then came another war against Iran for the sake of terrorist Israel and suddenly Europe discovers that wars have consequences, that energy routes can be disrupted, that economies can be hit, and that ordinary citizens can pay the price.

And now Washington's message is essentially:

We helped set the fire. You deal with the smoke.

The Strait of Hormuz was not simply some natural disaster that Europe woke up to one morning. The current crisis emerged from a war that Washington launched and a blockade the US itself has enforced.

So yes, Europe can "get in a boat".

But perhaps before doing so, it should ask why it spent decades standing quietly beside the people who kept setting boats, countries and entire regions on fire.

You cannot keep applauding wars abroad and then act shocked when their consequences finally wash up on your own shores.

Also, just wonderingโ€ฆhow many times has the orange orangutan in the White House announced that 'the Strait of Hormuz is open" so far?

Asking for a European friend. ๐Ÿ˜

She's suddenly very interested in the difference between "open" on Truth Social and actually open in real life. ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ” Denmark concedes Greenland's security to US

The United States has secured permanent control over Greenland's security under an agreement with Denmark and Greenland โ€” a deal Secretary of State Marco Rubio is calling a historic victory.

"This historic agreement permanently guarantees US security interests in the Arctic at zero cost to the US taxpayer," he declared.

What the US gets, per Trump's statement:

๐Ÿ”ด Control over Greenland's security "without any financial cost"

๐Ÿ”ด The Pentagon will immediately begin deploying a large military contingent to the island

๐Ÿ”ด No US adversary may ever open a base, maintain a military presence, or make sensitive investments in Greenland without express written US approval

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen's office has confirmed the deal is expected to be signed next week during the UN General Assembly.

Greenland sits astride the Arctic routes between North America and Europe โ€” the same Arctic that NATO is rapidly militarizing.

Cuba plunged into total blackout as the island lost power for the eighth time this year. The nationwide outage is caused by a severe fuel and energy deficit, leaving all residents in darkness except for one five-star hotel.

Yemeni Armed Foces strike Riyadh airport

Saudi channels report a powerful explosion and black smoke at the capital's airfield. Sources previously noted an attempt by #AnsarAllah to attack one of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's residences, located 1,200 km from the Yemeni border.

The success of this operation remains unclear as satellite imagery predates the strike, and no verified proof of damage is available.

How did the Israeli-linked global 'scam empire' operate? | TRT World

The network traced its roots directly to the early 2010s, an era famously dubbed "The Wolves of Tel Aviv" by The Times of Israel investigative journalist Simona Weinglass.

Her groundbreaking 2016 series exposed a multi-billion-dollar domestic binary options industry operating out of high-tech Israeli commercial centres.

Following massive international pressure, the Israeli Knesset formally banned the domestic binary options industry in October 2017.

However, experts noted that this ban did not dismantle the networks but forced them to export their fraud operations. Meanwhile, the network headquarters stayed in Tel Aviv.

The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) has previously exposed two cells of the network, revealing that it defrauded at least 32,000 individuals out of a total exceeding $275 million.
