"Why did Saudi Arabia not stop operations in these airports? Why did they gamble with civilian lives?"

Senior Houthi spokesperson Mohammed al Bukhaiti says the group is not to blame for civilian casualties in the Saudi capital over the weekend.

He claims Saudi government ignored warnings about strikes on its airports. He said he is "truly sorry" for the deaths, but said the Houthis bear no responsibility.

Twelve people were killed and 309 others injured in Saturday’s attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation said early Sunday.

❗️Saudi Arabia detaining US citizens for filming Yemeni missile and drone attacks

The US Embassy in Saudi Arabia confirmed that US citizens have been detained by Saudi authorities for filming recent events in the kingdom amid attacks by Yemen's Armed Forces.

In a statement, the embassy said that "American citizens have been detained for taking photos of recent events," without disclosing how many people were arrested or whether any had been released.

The mission also warned that Saudi authorities had declared that "filming, publishing, or sharing information related to counter missiles and drones and their impact sites exposes you to legal liability," underscoring Riyadh's restrictions on documenting the impact of attacks and its air defences.

■■□□□ A company called Toka says it can find cameras in an area, take control of them, and rewrite what they recorded, live and after the fact, with no forensic trace. That comes from their own internal documents and pitch deck, which Haaretz got hold of. It’s sold to governments only, and Australia shows up in those documents as one of the countries they were talking to.

Their biggest backer, Andreessen Horowitz, is also #Flock’s biggest investor. Nobody has shown Toka has touched a Flock camera. But if footage can be rewritten, what does #CCTV evidence prove? Most cameras are one default password or one missing update away from being someone else’s camera, so check yours. This is part of my series on the surveillance companies you’ve never heard of. Follow so you don’t miss the next one. Sources: Haaretz (Dec 2022), TechSpot (Aug 2026)

The zionist occupation regime has ordered Palestinian activist, Jerusalemite Raeda Sa'eed, to surrender herself to Ramla prison on 12 November to serve a one-year sentence, allegedly for "incitement" by posting on social media about Palestine.

She was originally arrested in March 2023 and had been banned in January 2023 from visiting the Al-Aqsa Mosque. After her release in early April 2023, she was held in house arrest for two years. In December 2025, she was ordered to report to serve a one-year prison term; she appealed the order and at the court hearing yesterday, she was again ordered to prison — after two years of house arrests and bans from Al-Aqsa, over posts on Facebook about Palestine.
Houthis Tighten Siege on Taiz, Threaten to Encircle Saudi-Backed Forces Near Bab al-Mandab (Videos)

The Houthis (Ansar Allah) advanced on multiple fronts in southwestern Yemen on October 13, tightening pressure on Saudi-backed forces around Taiz while threatening to outflank government-aligned troops defending their remaining positions near the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait.

In Taiz, Houthi fighters reached the city's western entrance and captured the al-Hangar checkpoint, with footage showing their presence at the position.

Farther south, in neighboring Lahj province, Houthi forces reportedly cleared al-Sharjan, al-Ka'ala, Harazu and al-Khabakhib in the province's western areas.

The advance adds pressure on Saudi-backed forces deployed along the approaches to Bab al-Mandab, where the Southern Giants Brigades have been fighting to regain territory lost to the Houthis.
