📝 The law was made by Morena representative Armando Corona Arvizu
➡️ In his proposed amendment to Article 211-bis 8, he specified that anyone who uses the image, voice, or identity of a natural person without consent could also be punished for memes whose purpose is to "ridicule, harass, impersonate, and damage their reputation or dignity" could face to up to Six years in jail or more, if the affected is a public servant or a politician.
