The US has partially waived sanctions on Russian oil sales.
The US Treasury has issued a license allowing for the completion of deliveries of Russian oil and petroleum products loaded onto vessels as of March 12, 2026.
The document authorizes operations related to the sale, delivery, and unloading of such fuel until April 11, 2026.
The license specifies that the authorization also covers related services: vessel management, insurance, bunkering, registration, pilotage, and other operations necessary for the delivery and unloading of cargo.

- "30 super-heavy ballistic missiles with warheads weighing from 1 to 2 tons were launched at targets in the occupied territories," said General Majid Mousavi, the commander of the Aerospace Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
- The operation disrupted and destroyed Israel's important aerial surveillance systems, according to the head of the IRGC's Aerospace Forces.
