- From Nov 1st a €2 per different item type in each parcel is added
Example:
- T-shirt + phone case + book = €6
- 4 identical T-shirts = €2
More fees:
- Comes on top of the €3 flat duty per item type in force since July 1
-> Carriers or platforms (e.g. Temu, Shein) pay it, but will pass it on to buyers obviously
Wonder if that will help to increase manufacturing in the EU … likely not.

Ukrainian detained in Monaco over Prince Albert II relative's death
Le Figaro reports that a 42-year-old Ukrainian, who has lived in the principality for 30 years, was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the killing of Antoine de Massy, a relative of the ruling family.
The body of de Massy, grandson of Princess Antoinette and cousin-nephew to Prince Albert II, was found on October 25 in the Larvotto district. Preliminary investigations suggest he may have died from falling from a great height.
Witnesses state that de Massy had been communicating with the detained Ukrainian shortly before his death. The suspect is reportedly refusing to answer investigators' questions.

The tool is Read-only. it never goes online, and never asks for admin rights. It works on windows, linux, android, macOS, and it can do iphone's if you create a backup file first, then scan the backup file.
You will need python installed to use it.
It includes a toolkit to investigate when you find something, and steps to report them.
If you find a piece of malware, report it to us - we advise you not to delete anything you find before sending us a copy.
It will also check your browser settings, if you have ads blocked and tell you if any of your profiles touched the hundreds of thousands of recently infected ads israeli spyware was using.
We included a skill for your AI's to use the tool too, which should make it easier for non tech savvy users to use - just point your AI to it and it will know what to do.
We hope this tool helps you guys, feel free to take the source code and create your own improved tools with it. you can also suggest improvements or upgrades on our github and we will take a look at them.
