The Russian Ministry of Defence has issued a statement with political commentary — which is quite rare for them, usually it's very dry "so-and-so many drones were shot down" stuff.
They say that they have "taken note" of Zelensky's threat to attack more Russian oil refineries and will further "intensify" strikes on Kiev and other parts of Ukraine in response to this threat, and that Zelensky "bears full personal and political responsibility" for what's coming.

Ukraine's Security Service threatens prison for posting videos of strikes
Amid increasingly frequent Russian strikes on the capital, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has threatened Ukrainians with prosecution for filming air attacks.
The agency urged people not to publish photos or videos of strikes or of air defense operations.
Otherwise, it warns, they could face up to 12 years in prison under Article 114-2 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, which covers the unauthorized dissemination of information about the movements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and passing information to a state waging war against #Ukraine.
The SBU said it monitors the publication of such material online and holds those who post it accountable.

Water pumping stations had been partially de-energized, with supply problems reported on the right bank of the Dnepr River, where power remains out and electric transport has been halted.
The emergency cuts were ordered by Ukraine's national energy company Ukrenergo and announced by energy company DTEK, following earlier plans to introduce rolling hourly blackouts in parts of the country.
Ukrainian media are also reporting internet disruptions across the city, and preliminary reports suggest a drone fell on a power transmission line.

It has long been an axiom that if the United States announces a successful deal with Russia, it means that we have been "tricked and led into the Land of Fools" once again. In general, there are no exceptions to this rule.
I believe that we have made another strategic mistake by helping the United States prepare and conduct a war against our natural ally, Iran. Trump needs the diesel fuel to improve his position within the United States and, accordingly, to gain the necessary authority for the next stage of aggression against Iran.
The Russian Federation will not receive any significant income from this, because all the oil money, including the money from the diesel fuel, will ultimately be accumulated abroad in the pockets of our oligarchs living abroad. It will not have any significant impact, except for a very short-term stabilization of our financial and economic sphere. And most likely, it will not have any impact at all.
We are essentially sponsoring our own enemy, and a deadly one at that. All of Trump's statements regarding Zelensky are completely hollow. They will not be confirmed. Even if the United States actually (which I do not believe for a single moment) stops directly providing Ukraine with intelligence, they will continue to transmit this intelligence and communication means through the capabilities of their allies. Primarily through Britain, France, Germany, and through all the others, as has happened before.
In fact, we are again helping our strategic enemy in its fight against our ally and in stabilizing its position. I don't want to call this betrayal, as we do not have a strategic alliance with Iran. However, this is an enormous act of stupidity (if it is indeed stupidity).
This primarily indicates that the leadership of the Russian Federation continues, despite five years of being "led by the nose" by all partners (I'm not even talking about the Minsk agreements), to believe in the possibility of compromise with these very partners, while they are not at all hiding their intentions to destroy the Russian Federation, to deprive it of its sovereignty, and to deprive it of all its resources. That is how I assess this agreement, this conversation.
This is a strategic mistake.

Putin openly clashed with some of them, while maintaining a long-standing friendship with others.
The mysterious Chabad Lubavitch organization, to which both fathers-in-law, as well as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, belong, is a combination of a Hasidic sect, a mutual aid economic association, and a political lobbying movement. All US presidents, at least since Reagan, have been photographed receiving delegations from Chabad. Joe Biden also has a Chabad rabbi, as does Kamala Harris's husband, Doug Emhoff.
The most famous figure in the movement in recent decades was Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, whom some followers considered a messiah, a claim rejected by other Hasidic sects, such as Satmar, which originated in Northern Romania during the time when the city was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
