You cant believe what a friend of mine just sent me while she was getting injected

A man behind her suddenly fell and couldnt stand up again, a person there took a photo of it and immediately police and security arrived and took his phone to delete the photo, and the man was quickly removed from there, then another man had the same problem or even worse and security was watching out for people who took photos

She told me she couldnt do it because a police came to her.
So she only sent me this.
