Hackers used a DIY setup made from discarded gadgets and eBay parts — and it was enough to fully hack a 2020 Nissan Leaf.

🔹 They remotely controlled the car:
– turned the steering wheel
– changed the route
– interfered with systems in real time

🔹 But the worst part:
– the car was recording the driver’s conversations
– and streaming them online
