The Ansar Allah-led Yemeni Armed Forces (#YAF), have launched their largest offensive since the West Coast battle, striking positions of #Saudi-backed forces in #Taiz province.
Footage shows #AnsarAllah fighters advancing and taking control of the heights of Jabal Habashi district in Taiz after driving out the Saudi-backed forces.
According to Sanaa, the advance has brought key strategic areas under its control.
With Yemen’s Armed Forces tightening the noose around Taiz, the city could be liberated in the coming days.

The Ansarallah-led Yemeni Armed Forces (#YAF) have reportedly seized the Al-Safiya area and cut the main supply road linking #Taiz with #Aden, effectively tightening the encirclement of Taiz city, according to AFP, citing four security sources.
A local police source told AFP that #Ansarallah also took control of the area's police station, while three Yemeni military sources confirmed the group's control of both the area and the key supply route. Fighting in the area remains ongoing.
The advance follows days of heavy clashes between Ansarallah and #Saudi-backed government forces around Taiz.

Reports and footage shows that the Yemeni Armed Forces have totally cleared and liberated the city of At-Turbah south of Taiz and north of Aden, which means that Aden is completely isolated from Taiz.
