Job training, senior employment, and food assistance would be eliminated, along with the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, which helps poor households pay heating and cooling bills, and the National Endowment for Democracy.

Overall, domestic spending would fall by about 10%, shifting money away from internal needs toward long-term military buildup.
