Disable Fuck Services script 1.2

The goal of this program is to disable many trackers by Google, Facebook and others from the installed apps (and from Google Services if you have them). It will do a search and disable many of the analytics, ads, and firebase services for all user apps

1. Download the DisableFuckServices12.sh file
2. Copy it to /data/local/tmp with some root explorer (I used Mixplorer)
3. Give it 755 permission (also used Mixplorer for this, right after pasting)
4. Open a terminal (like Termux or Terminal Emulator)
5. Do the following 2 commands:
su
cd /data/local/tmp
sh DisableFuckServices12.sh

6. Wait (maybe a couple minutes depending on the number of apps installed)
7. Done

Warning: there is a small chance some apps will force close after this.
If so you can just reinstall them

Analyzing Analytics (Featuring: The FBI)

Recently while conducting some research, I found myself down the path of Google Analytics ID’s as well as other analytics services. I was investigating ways to not only identify varying analytics code in sites, but to correlate them with other sites that may be linked to the same owner. Please note before further reading: I make some guesses about what I find, though that’s contrary to the concept of analysis, and I am not presuming to know definitively why I am seeing what I am seeing in this specific case study. It’s all just very curious to me. Dive in and take a look for yourself!

Hackers use Google Analytics to steal credit cards, bypass CSP

Hackers are using Google's servers and the Google Analytics platform to steal credit card information submitted by customers of online stores.

A new method to bypass Content Security Policy (CSP) using the Google Analytics API disclosed last week has already been deployed in ongoing Magecart attacks designed to scrape credit card data from several dozen e-commerce sites.

This new tactic takes advantage of the fact that e-commerce web sites using Google's web analytics service for tracking visitors are whitelisting Google Analytics domains in their CSP configuration (a security standard used to block the execution of untrusted code on web apps).

Use Google Analytics and risk fines, after CJEU ruling on Privacy Shield

EU websites using Google Analytics and Facebook are being targeted by European privacy group noyb after the invalidation of the Privacy Shield. They filed a complaint against 101 websites for continuing to send data to the US.

β€œA quick analysis of the HTML source code of major EU webpages shows that many companies still use Google Analytics or Facebook Connect one month after a major judgment by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) - despite both companies clearly falling under US surveillance laws, such as FISA 702. Neither Facebook nor Google seem to have a legal basis for the data transfers.”

The Privacy Shield previously allowed for EU data to be transferred to the US. However, this was invalidated by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on July 16, 2020. The CJEU deemed it illegal for any websites to transfer the personal data of European citizens to the US.
