What is the TRUE purpose of Exercise?
It's not just to get stronger or become shredded; in fact exercise is a powerful tool for spiritual development
What we do in Midgard (this physical realm) affects us in the other non-physical realms.
This is why mental, physical and spiritual go hand in hand - you cannot maximize one without also maximizing the others.
Well rounded monks and other spiritual people have a physically trained and healthy body too.
If you do not have a strong body capable of intense efforts and sustained physical activity, there is a limit to the amount of etheric spiritual energy you can bring into your physical form.
I have meditation sessions where I am dripping with sweat and panting due to the intensity of my posture holds, the breathholding of my rigorous chanting, and due to internally holding positions that decompress my spine and set my bones in the correct position to receive divine cosmic energies.
This is not for the weak of body!
Through physical effort we can:
- Develop the physical body into a light body and efficient soul vehicle to manifest one's destiny
When we and live with a ‘light’ body due to its strength and health, our destiny can be channeled to us all the more efficiently. Waking up with energy and motivation to pursue one’s goals is ultimately based on our health.
- Increase health so as to quiet the mind
Our souls inhabit the body, so they can be limited by things such as chronic pain, hunger, indigestion, anxious/depressive thoughts or other disease. It is hard to meditate when you have back pain because it’s weak, or you have an upset stomach from eating soy garbage.
- Create a harmonious state between itself and the energy bodies which manifest in its form
- Amplify awareness, increasing perception
- Increase your willpower to pursue one's destiny
I say all of these things in order for you to Rethink when you go to the gym or workout in any form.
How can you make your exercise a prayer to the divine?
How can you increase the power of your physical form to support your spiritual form?
Consider these, and you will raise your vibration and thus your efforts and results.

Although a moratorium on GOF research involving the H5N1 avian influenza virus was imposed on scientists in the U.S. due to concerns about potential human transmissibility, seven years later, in 2019, a panel of scientists—with the government’s blessing—approved the resumption of the controversial research. There were protests against the GOF research by other scientists.
“I can’t allow this to go unchallenged,” one of the signatories, Steven Salzberg, PhD, a biologist and computer scientist, stated in a 2019 published article. He said:
"This research is so potentially harmful, I fear that NIH is endangering the trust that Congress places in it. They got this one really, really wrong."

Both the former Liberal and current Albanese Government with Greens having been working to introduce Digital ID, a Great Reset initiative, and we have until January 19 to get submissions to a Senate Inquiry.
They’re hoping that we’re too busy to stand for our freedoms. Digital ID, teamed with Central Bank Digital Currency allows the government to stop all forms of protest or political dissent at the flick of a switch and create a system of social credit as in China.
Every Australian needs to flood this Inquiry with submissions challenging their move. Remember that last time we overwhelmed the last ACMA government censorship Inquiry with submissions, putting things off until June. You can get the background you need for all this by reading 1.5 pages titled Executive Summary in my document linked below. Upload your submission, even if a couple of paragraphs on:

Important Update for Parents: Crucial Math Error Found in Study on Aluminum Safety in Vaccines
The Mitkus study, often cited to support that aluminum in vaccines is safe, contains a significant error. The study mistakenly calculated aluminum absorption using a rate of 0.78% from dietary intake, instead of the correct value of 0.1% established by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR).
As a result of this miscalculation, the FDA paper assumed that nearly 8 times more aluminum (0.78% ÷ 0.1%) could safely enter the bloodstream than what is actually considered safe. This led the authors to incorrectly conclude that aluminum exposure from vaccines is well below the safety limit, potentially underestimating the real risks.
Parents deserve accurate information to make informed decisions—this error raises serious concerns that need to be addressed.
