دختر مسلمان ۱۸ سالهٔ ی سوری در هلند به‌دلیل برداشتن حجاب و «غربی شدن بیش از حد»، توسط پدر و برادرانش با نوار بسته شد و در گودالی غرق گردید.

وقتی آن‌ها بازداشت شدند، در دفاع از خود ادعا کردند که قتل ناموسی «بخشی از فرهنگ آن‌ها» است.

18-year-old Syrian Muslim girl was tied up with tape and drowned in a ditch in the Netherlands by her father and brothers for removing her hijab and being too ‘Westernized.’

When they were arrested, they defended themselves by claiming honor killings are ‘part of their culture.’
