سام جهانگرد، مخترع ایرانی‌تبار، با اراده‌ای قوی و وفاداری به کشور #استرالیا، از یک معامله تجاری 500 میلیون دلاری با یک کشور خارجی صرف‌نظر کرده است.
این دانشمند که17سال پیش به استرالیا مهاجرت کرده و اکنون شهروند این کشور است، در یکی از روستاهای ایران به دنیا آمده و تحصیلات عالی خود را در رشته زیست فناوری با گرایش آبزی‌پروری در دانشگاه‌های اروپا گذرانده است.
او که در زمینه زیست فناوری تخصص دارد، به تازگی یک راه‌حل طبیعی برای استفاده بهینه از پسماندهای کشاورزی اختراع کرده و تصمیم دارد این نوآوری را در استرالیا به اجرا بگذارد.
او گفت: "استرالیا تنها کشوری بود که به من و خانواده‌ام تابعیت داد، بنابراین من به عنوان یک شهروند این کشور به استرالیایی بودن خود بسیار افتخار می‌کنم."
این مخترع با تکیه بر دانش خود، می‌تواند زباله‌های کشاورزی را به کمپوست بدون مواد شیمیایی و کودهای طبیعی تبدیل کند. این اختراع نه تنها مزایای زیست‌محیطی دارد، بلکه به اشتغالزایی و رشد اقتصادی کشور نیز کمک خواهد کرد.
ایشان یکی از نزدیک به 1.76 میلیون مهاجر ماهری است که از سال 2000 به استرالیا آمده‌اند. او در مسیر موفقیت خود با چالش‌های فراوانی روبرو بوده و به دلیل نیافتن شغل مرتبط با تخصص‌اش، مدتی در ویکتوریا به کار پخش پیتزا مشغول بوده است.
وی همچنین زمانی که در ملبورن ساکن بود، یک نوشیدنی پروبیوتیک طبیعی و بدون مواد نگهدارنده را تهیه کرده بود،اما به دلیل محدودیت‌های بازاریابی و رقابت نتوانسته بود این محصول رابه مرحله تولید انبوه برساند. دکترجهانگرد در سال2017 به کوئینزلند نقل مکان کرد و پس از مدتی کار در زمینه پوست کندن صدف،در یک شرکت خوراک دام استخدام شد
او با استفاده از دانش خود درزمینه بیوتکنولوژی،موفق به ایجاد پنج فرمولاسیون مجزا شده است. فرمول او برای کمپوست بدون مواد شیمیایی،زمان تولید را از 180 روز به حداکثر پنج روز کاهش می‌دهد. وی همچنین، با استفاده از ضایعات دامداری‌ها و علف‌های هرز، انواع کودهای طبیعی را تولید کرده و شیوه‌هایی رانیز برای کنترل آفات حشرات ایجاد کرده است

This scientist, who immigrated to Australia 17 years ago and is now a citizen of this country, was born in a village in Iran and completed his higher education in the field of biotechnology (biotechnology) with a focus on aquaculture in European universities.
Mr. Jahangard, who specializes in biotechnology, has recently invented a natural solution for the optimal use of agricultural waste and plans to implement this innovation in Australia.

Dr Jahangard is one of nearly 1.76 million skilled migrants who have come to Australia since 2000. He has faced many challenges on his way to success and because he could not find a job related to his expertise, he has been working as a pizza deliveryman in Victoria for some time.
He also developed a preservative-free, natural probiotic drink while living in Melbourne, but was unable to mass-produce this product due to marketing constraints and competition. Dr. Jahangard moved to Queensland in 2017 and after working for a while shelling oysters, he was employed by an animal feed company.
Using his knowledge in the field of biotechnology, he has succeeded in creating five separate formulations. His formula for chemical-free compost cuts production time from 180 days to as little as five days. He has also produced all kinds of natural fertilizers by using livestock wastes and weeds and has also created methods to control insect pests
Dr.Jahangard's natural formulas are still undergoing testing and evaluation, and he is looking for investors to help him implement this innovation in Australia
