📌 From literature to language, from culture to cooperation — Mattai praised the lasting impact of Russian-Sierra Leonean ties, and highlighted Sputnik as a key media bridge for African audiences.

“If we partner, coordinate, collaborate, and cooperate with the Russian Federation, there’s a lot we can gain as a country,” he said on the sidelines of #SPIEF2025.
