Not a fairy tale
Once upon a time…….
For a tormented spirit ,
Points in life line,
Swiftly aligned.
A chance click online,
Brought a change divine,
Distress redesigned,
Blushing sindoor and happiness entwined,
A lush green bride,
Ready to soar with her guide,
To the lands of Varuna-assi ,
she climbed.
Fiction became reality,
Reality turned into doubtful mind,
Insidious suspicion whined,
Barren bells chimed.
What now? Should I decline?
Yes! answered logic&reason combine,
No! love and faith opine.
Confused and resigned,
Cried the crest fallen bride,
Mahadev! Where do I sign?
Ask your heart & blushing cheeks in a while,
Lord replied with a sprinkle of smile,
Her King of heart stood tall with resolute trust,
She impelled her love and faith,
To re write her barren distrust!
With lush green vibrant blush ,
Doubt twirled to wedding rush.
Rosy cheeked, Misty eyed,
Coy smile dancing on red lips,
She ran into his beaconing embrace,
Redolent of his love and grace.
Not the end ……..

Past
Past , which is alive in our heart makes present so beautiful
Present writes a beautiful future ,
Interconnected with each other by few thoughts ,
Forms a very fine thread of happiness , liveliness & individualism .
Peeping through the past got so many dark secrets ,
Which is kept secretly in my diary with a lock in my hand .
Your life writes a beautiful future everyday with you ,
Some fill it with sorrows & sad happenings ,
Some fill it with happiness & blessings ,
It's up to us what we choose.
The life is tangled in between the threads of sorrows & happiness.
The peace is unsettled between your thoughts , happiness & sorrows .
Past can't come back , future we can't see .
Only present is with us to make us calm & hold our thoughts tightly .

As a student of literature and as a over-thinker, I have this habit of writing things. Recently I was writing a poem of mine and there I felt like there is no end of it. But then again I have to complete it so I write a end. And I realize that there is end of everything, we as a human cannot understand the things that has no end. We can't understand the concept of infinity.

When do we take their handshakes
And when should we flee?
From them that look harmless
Like smiling little babes.
With their charming appearance
That can easily attract the heart
And cause it to walk out
To leave its owner behind.
Unless we feel too poor
To dread any thief but a snatcher of life
Then we can't just shake anyone
If our good characters still matters to us.

Mapping things
Everything we just fix gets broken again,
It's like time is itself a big loophole ,
It's difficult to lose someone ;
That terrible feeling make you lose yourself too .
Finding pleasure in things which are temporary anomaly,
Is just like finding mistakes in crimes you have not committed.
Trying to find fourth dimension ,
Which is that one perfect moment ,
When u say that this is the time ,
And u have got everything of it.
When u try to map out tiny little things ,
You get something which was missing from a long time.
It could be your that segment which makes the time fourth dimensional.

Your persistence offers some resistance ,
You thrive on your thoughts ;
Cause you never let them die .
Comes with a purpose & goes away ,
You repose it in your mind .

Nigeria Independence Celebration
They said "call it the joyful day"
But why not instead the starry night?
With the few well fed stars
That glowed in peace
And the gloomy smoke
Which was filled with cries -
As eyes of the masses
Melted in sorrow,
Their stomachs grumbled of hunger
And had their hearts
Encaged with terror -
Shouldn't it be the night of mourning?
Where leaders express
Regrets
Over their failures.
