I remember being warned
When my first wisdom tooth grew
that life would be hard,
until all teeth fell off.
Now, I fight with all my strength,
Bite with every tooth I have
So that I can nail my dreams
On this wall of reality
Built by blocks of moments, hours and years.
Then they will be a real story,
so that even if I lose all teeth
I will have no doubt
that they bit all they could.
And all that will be left,
Will be a fallen wisdom tooth
And a half nail sticking out
Of the wall of time.
