darkness

I see it flapping feathers,
just a few inches away from my face.
Mama says it is a third world phenomenon.
I soo wish it can be true!

I see my fingers touching the surface.
Why can't I feel it?
It's like something is crawling inside me.
Like I am losing a race before it started.
