‘ 'I hope death comes to you, shortly. I’m tired of listening to your curse words all the time'. That’s what her daughter uttered, before her mother committed suicide.’

‘Oh my god! And how do you know she said these words?’ I asked.

‘When the staffs were putting her mother’s body, in the ambulance, she was crying saying all that. Confronting, it was her mistake, because of which her mother died.’

‘Just this? I mean, no one is this much weak. There must be some other things, too!’

‘The family, to be honest, wasn’t a happy family. They often fought at night— the husband, his wife, and the only daughter of the two of them. I’m not making any assumptions here. As, whenever they fought, they were quite loud with their words. And it often reached my place.’

‘But?’

‘Look, I don’t exactly know what the reality is. But her daughter was nice. Whenever her parents fought with each other, she always tried to resolve the matter. 'Why can’t you two stop fighting?' these were the words I oft-times heard. That shows she was mature even at this tender age.’

‘How old was she?’

‘She was in 11th form. So you can probably guess. Tenth class, 96%. Quite an elite student, you know.’

‘Hm.’ I said. ‘She said all of that, in anger, and now she’s going to regret it for the rest of her life.’

‘Totally.’

‘And that’s why, you know, no matter how uncontrollable the situation is, you have to gulp down your anger like a bitter tonic. Not for anyone, but for your own good.’ I said.

‘You do that?’

‘I try my level best. Because, you know, with anger, there comes a word called regret alongside with it. And I don’t want to say anything in anger, that I’d regret for the rest of my life.’
