Maya sat holding hands of a guy in a park with beautiful gladiolus. Her hair was crimson brown, It was shabbily managed but still it looked beautiful to her almond eyes with black eyeballs. The guy she was with seemed like he belonged to a well to do family. She knew she was not supposed to be with him because she worked in their house as a maid.
“Do you think we are doing right ravi?” she said looking upto him
“look maya everything in this world isnt either wrong or right somethings are grey and they should remain that way.”ravi said looking in her eyes
Months and weeks passed with them meeting secretly while ravis parents got to know. They had seen them sitting in the park near their house. They couldn’t say ravi anything, they thought the girl had seduced him because of his family background.
“I cant lose my son! ”she said with her voice breaking
“lemme take care of the maid” ravi’s dad said assuring his mother, that evening maya came to their house to work and she started sweeping the master bedroom where ravi’s father was sitting he got up and closed the door while maya was soo terrified “sir…what are you doing…..I…I have to…go” she hadn’t completed her sentence as the man apprroaced her and held her braided her from back and pulled it hard
“sir….you are hurting me..” she said while tears roll down from her eyes.
“If you don’t stop talking to my son,ill force you to do bad things and tape it and show it to him” he said clenching his teeth in anger.
That evening she met ravi
“I cant be with you I have problems but it wasn’t a waste because I met you for a reason”and she ran away hiding her tears
